1886 Washington Street South Walpole, Massachusetts 02071
We are situated on the village green of South Walpole at the very end of Washington Street; nearly in the shadow of Patriot Stadium. You will find us at the junction of Water and Washington Streets just off Rt 1 where the towns of Walpole and Foxborough meet.
The parking lot is just behind the church. The main door we use is the red one on the left as you face the back of the church.
First Time Attending?
Worship starts at 10:00 a.m. with some singing so there is time for people to settle in. If you are coming with children for the first time we recommend you arrive a little early so we can show you the nursery, introduce you to the Sunday School teacher, answer questions and help you feel at home. From the parking lot enter the door on the left (main entrance) and turn left into the church hall. The sanctuary is located up the stairs.
The Sunday School/Nursery room is located on the second floor of the Education wing, at the far (North) end of the hall. There is a changing table in the Nursery room. Bathrooms are located on the first floor to the left of the main entrance.
The worship service is meant to be family friendly so that children can learn to worship. Elementary aged children stay through the whole service and share in some of the "jobs" such as lighting the candles and collecting the offering. After a time at the front of the church with Pastor Sarah called "Kingdom Kids" (just before the sermon) children preschool age and younger are dismissed to go to Sunday School with their teachers. Our church follows Safe Sanctuary procedures and our teacher has years of experience as a professional educator.
In the summer we keep the nursery open for anyone who would like to use it. There is air conditioning and a speaker so that the worship service can be heard.
If you would like a tour of the church, please contact Pastor Sarah by email or phone.
